With
few exceptions orders will be shipped next business day, and often the
same day if received early enough (we are on the West Coast.) If we are
out of stock on something (which happens sometimes when demand
skyrockets or our suppliers can't keep up), we will call and let you
know should that happen. You can backorder items and we will take that
into consideration when sending them out with regard to shipping costs.
We often discount mailing/shipping charges when we can't fill the
complete order immediately.

We
try to keep our shipping rates realistic. Some of our tools are heavy
and some items are very light and we try to compensate for that in our
rate chart. If, due to low package weight, there are economies in
shipping fees, we will pass them on to you in the form of future
merchandise credits. For any problems during checkout, please contact

If
you want to pay with Paypal, or your credit card (Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover) just continue with the transaction from
the cart. If you have any questions or have specific shipping needs,
please call us toll-free at 866-881-9698 to place your order. Shipping
method charges and insurance are the buyers responsibility and choice.

If
you want first class, priority, 2nd day, overnight, Fedex, or UPS, just
let us know. We can use your Fedex or UPS account if you would like, so
we won't add any shipping charges in that case. Please use a secure
shipping address where a package can be left safely, or require a
signature to make sure someone takes responsibility for receipt of
goods. If you have special shipping needs, just call 866-881-9698 and
we will oblige. We do not do COD shipping. International shipping fees
vary considerably and so do delivery times. Insurance is not generally
available on international shipments. Please call for shipping quotes
on international and overseas purchases. Goods damaged in shipping must
be returned in original shipping box in order to make claims against
carrier. Exchange shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer (see
below.)

overseas delivery options, please send your order, delivery address
& postal code by e-mail. We will weigh the order and determine
shipping cost options, and contact you to complete order.

accept checks, money orders, Paypal (which also allows you to use Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover.) Orders paid by personal
check will be shipped when the check has cleared. Checks should be made
to: The Wire Wizard. We try very hard to please our customers and
resolve any problems that might occur quickly and amicably. We want to
make shopping at The Wire Wizard store a happy and pleasant experience.
Happy customers become repeat customers and speak of us kindly to their
friends, who also may become customers. We aim to please.

Sales
are final once shipped, however, you may exchange items (they must be
unused in unopened, original packaging, all parts intact, with copy of
original receipt) for credit on other of our products. Exchange
shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer. If you need
